Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Front Line Sales (FLS) professional to hire and onboard advisors from the open market. The role involves training advisors on products, managing IRDAI licensing, and executing business development activities. The FLS will report directly to the Branch Manager or Zonal Sales Manager. Prior experience in insurance or BFSI sales is essential.
