Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for gold loan products through field sales activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Explain gold loan features, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to customers.
Assist customers with documentation and manage end-to-end loan processing.
Coordinate with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in gold loan sales, field sales, or financial products.
Willingness to work in the field.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
