Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Stock Market
Experience: 0-2(Preferably in Financial Services / Broking)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales professional to drive partnerships and business growth in the stock broking domain. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding partners such as sub-brokers, franchisees, Authorized Persons (APs), and business associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B partners (Sub-brokers, APs, Franchisees)
Generate leads through networking, references, and market research
Conduct product presentations and explain broking services, trading platforms, and revenue models
Onboard and activate partners to ensure revenue generation
Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support
Drive revenue growth through partner network expansion
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, RMS, Support) for seamless onboarding
Track sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of stock market, trading, and investment products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
B2B sales experience (mandatory)
Relationship management and networking ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic understanding of brokerage revenue models
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field
NISM certification (added advantage)
Experience in stock broking / financial services industry

Partner activation rate
