Job Description:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with real estate channel partners, including brokers, builders, and developers, to drive home loan business. The role involves working on leads provided by Ace Vision, converting them into successful cases, and ensuring a smooth journey from sourcing to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and meet real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners to build strong, long-term relationships
Maintain regular follow-ups and continuous engagement with existing partners
Work on qualified leads provided by the Ace Vision team and ensure timely conversion
Coordinate with the internal processing team for smooth loan processing and disbursement
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable home loan products
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records of all cases
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service
