### Job Summary

Vastu is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Relationship Manager (RM) and Relationship Officer (RO). The ideal candidates should have prior experience in home loan field sales, strong customer relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

### Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.

• CIBIL score of 700 or above.

• Maximum age: Below 35 years.

• Only male candidates are eligible for this requirement.

• Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered.

### Compensation and Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA or up to a 30% hike on the last drawn salary, subject to company norms.

• Monthly In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹30,000–₹32,000.

• Travelling Allowance (TA).

• Health Insurance Coverage.

• Performance-Based Incentives.

### Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Working Days: 6 days a week.

• Weekly Off: First and second Saturdays of the month.

### Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and promote suitable loan products.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process.

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
