Role Overview

Lead business development and project sales across Mumbai through specification selling, architect engagement and project conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales across Mumbai, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs and developers.

•Generate product specifications and convert projects into orders.

•Conduct product presentations.

•Manage key sign maker to whom there is direct sales.

•Coordinate with technical and operations teams.

•Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitors.

•Represent at exhibitions and industry events.

Desired Candidate Profile

•6–10 years of B2B project/specification sales experience.

•Experience working with architects, consultants and developers.

•Background in building materials or architectural products.

•Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Industry Background

Architectural hardware, lighting, façade systems, ceilings, flooring, glass, aluminium systems, fire & life safety, commercial interiors, building automation and related building material industries.
