Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for overdue loan repayments through calls or field visits.

• Explain outstanding amounts and repayment plans clearly to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions.

• Visit customer addresses when required for recovery verification.

• Ensure timely collection while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

• Submit daily reports to the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Mandatory:

  • Two-wheeler (bike)

  • Valid driving licence

  • Smartphone

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle field work in and around Gurgaon (Sector 48).

• Basic knowledge of loan/finance process preferred.
