Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and providing information about residential flats offered by Opal Infra Reality Private Limited. This role is crucial in establishing the initial connection with prospects, understanding their requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team, ultimately contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation:

* Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided databases or through independent research.

* Proactively identify and qualify potential leads interested in residential flats.

* Maintain and update customer information and lead status in the CRM system accurately and rigorously.

* Client Communication & Engagement:

* Engage with potential clients over the phone in a professional and persuasive manner.

* Provide detailed and accurate information about various residential flat projects, including features, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.

* Address client inquiries and objections effectively and confidently.

* Build rapport with potential clients to foster positive relationships.

* Appointment Setting:

* Schedule and coordinate appointments for property viewings/site visits with potential clients for the field sales team.

* Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled appointments to the sales team.

* Sales Support:

* Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales support and ensuring all necessary information is captured for effective follow-ups.

* Follow up with prospects to gauge interest, provide additional information, and nurture leads towards conversion.

* Market Knowledge:

* Stay updated on the latest residential flat projects, market trends, real estate terminology, and competitor offerings in Greater Noida and surrounding areas.

* Continuously enhance knowledge of Opal Infra Reality's properties to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

* Reporting & Targets:

* Maintain accurate records of all telecalling activities, including calls made, talk time, lead status, and outcomes.

* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, talk time, lead generation, and appointment setting targets.

* Contribute to achieving overall sales objectives.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

* Proven experience (0-3 years preferred) as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (fluency in local languages like Haryanvi/Punjabi might be an added advantage).

* Strong convincing and persuasive skills.

* Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.

* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

* Full-time, office-based role.

* Regular working hours (e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, with one rotational off).

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive salary (as per industry standards for telecallers in real estate in Greater Noida, typically in the range of ₹1.5 Lakhs to ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance).
