Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader who can lead a sales team, drive business growth, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding business targets.
Generate and convert property sales leads into successful bookings.
Handle customer meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closures.
Monitor individual team member performance and provide regular guidance.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and property offerings.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.

Candidate Profile

2–4 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-driven, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
Candidates with experience in Residential / Commercial Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
Immediate Joiners / Candidates who can join at short notice will be given preference.
