Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and property values.

• Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.

• Negotiate and close deals in alignment with client needs and company targets.

• Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

• Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to optimize promotional strategies.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate sales Manger or similar role.

• Knowledge of local property market and real estate trends.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
