Position: Real Estate Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Noida & Greater Noida (On-site / Field)
Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales (luxury segment or premium residential preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
Actively follow up on inbound leads (Meta/Google Ads, property portals) and convert them into site visits.
Conduct professional walkthroughs and presentations for premium residential and commercial projects.
Maintain strong, up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, RERA regulations, and infrastructure updates.
Build long-term relationships with investors and end-users to generate referrals.
Facilitate negotiations and closing procedures between buyers and developers.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi).
A self-starter who thrives on achieving monthly sales targets.
Must own a vehicle for client site visits across the Noida Expressway and Greater Noida regions.
Basic tech-savviness to manage CRM tools and lead pipelines effectively.
