Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Unitown Realty Private Limited. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, identifying prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities.

The role involves developing effective sales strategies, converting leads into clients, and contributing to overall business growth.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales through cold calling, presentations, client meetings, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to improve conversions.

• Maintain an updated and organized client and lead database.

• Track and report sales performance, lead status, and client feedback to management.

• Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.

• A personal vehicle is required for client meetings and property/site visits.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good computer skills and the ability to effectively use digital tools and technology.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
