Truevisory Realty Pvt Ltd is seeking a driven and dynamic Real Estate Executive to join our growing team in Sector 62, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying, selling, and leasing, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure
Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends in Noida and surrounding areas
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in real estate or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
