We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling resale, rental, and under-construction property transactions, guiding clients throughout the process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and budget.

• Conduct property visits and site inspections with clients.

• Promote under-construction projects and coordinate with builders and developers.

• Maintain a database of prospective clients and properties (rental/resale).

• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/registration teams.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
