We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and closing property deals while providing excellent customer service.
Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing requirements
Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses
Negotiate property prices, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
Maintain and update property listings and client databases
Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software
Real estate license (if required by local regulations)
Experience in residential or commercial real estate
