We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will represent the The Royal Lands And Nest Co-Operative Housing Society professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
· Present, promote, and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.
· Conduct site visits, property tours, and negotiations to close sales deals.
· Maintain an updated database of clients and properties.
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
· Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
· Strong understanding of the local property market and current trends.
· Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
· Knowledge in MS Office.
