# Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate (PropTech)

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic **Field Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting real estate agents, builders, and brokers in the assigned territory, promoting our real estate technology platform, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

## Key Responsibilities

* Visit real estate agents, brokers, and builders in the assigned territory.

* Promote and explain the benefits of our real estate platform/app.

* Conduct complete product demonstrations and onboard customers onto the platform.

* Generate new leads through field visits and networking.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals.

* Follow up with prospects to convert them into active users/customers.

* Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

* Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily field activities in the CRM.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or B2B sales.

* Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.

* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

## Preferred Experience

* Experience working with real estate agents, brokers, developers, or property consultants.

* Prior experience in field sales, channel sales, or business development.
