Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential plots and projects
Meet prospective customers and showcase project features
Close sales and ensure proper documentation
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Build strong client relationships and referrals

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (plots, residential or commercial)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
