🏢 SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Real Estate – High-Rise Residential Projects

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Type: Permanent – Direct Payroll

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and generate sales leads

• Explain project features, amenities and pricing to customers

• Conduct site visits and project presentations

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and close sales

👤 Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred

• High-rise residential/apartment project experience will be an advantage

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and confident personality

• Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market preferred
