
Job Title: Property Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales for vacant and new properties using company-provided data and marketing leads (allocated upon performance).
Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients across relevant properties.
Lead negotiations with buyers and ensure successful deal closures.
Achieve a weekly target of 5–6 qualified site visits.
Skills Required:
Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
High energy, confidence, enthusiasm, and a result-driven mindset.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Graduation in any discipline preferred.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience required.
Candidates must be currently employed or serving a notice period.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
Uncapped incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K+ per month on meeting minimum targets; INR 1L+ for consistent high performers).
10% salary hike through target-based automatic appraisals and quarterly promotions (Avg: 1 deal/month).
CTC: 4–6 LPA (for experienced candidates).
