Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

• Present and explain available real estate projects in detail.

• Follow up on customer enquiries generated through various marketing channels.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers.

• Guide customers throughout the property selection and purchase process.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update enquiry status regularly.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth customer service and sales operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good customer handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the real estate industry is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
