Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Real Estate Sourcing Executive to identify, evaluate, and secure real estate opportunities that align with our company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of real estate prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential real estate properties

• Conduct market research and site visits to evaluate the suitability of properties.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze property values, zoning laws, and title documentation.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and existing properties.

• Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, design, and construction for due diligence and deal closure.

• Monitor real estate market trends and provide regular updates to management.

• Attend networking events, property expos, and real estate forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or brokerage.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and research abilities.

• Familiarity with property evaluation techniques and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
