Job Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms
Conduct professional property site visits for clients
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and other details clearly
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to convert leads into sales
Handle negotiations and assist with documentation
Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
Ability to handle fieldwork and site visits
