Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms

  • Conduct professional property site visits for clients

  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and other details clearly

  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to convert leads into sales

  • Handle negotiations and assist with documentation

  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused

  • Ability to handle fieldwork and site visits

  • Knowledge of local real estate market (added advantage)
