Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
Set monthly and annual sales targets; plan and execute sales and local marketing strategies to achieve them.
Generate new business via brokers, channel partners, walk‑ins, digital leads, and corporate tie‑ups; build and maintain client relationships.
Oversee the sales pipeline: follow up on leads, support negotiations, and ensure timely booking, documentation, and payments.
Track and analyze sales performance; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and forecasts for management.
Candidate must have NCR Real Estate experience .
