Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales professional to handle sales of Commercial, Residential properties, and Plots. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, client negotiations, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities* Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers, and networking).* Sell Commercial spaces, Residential units, and Plots as per customer requirements.* Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.* Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties.* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, legal aspects, and documentation to customers.* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals within company guidelines.* Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for smooth booking and documentation.* Maintain and update client data, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.* Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.* Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.Thanks & RegardsManager - HRShourya Group
