Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Management

  • Attend customers at the sales office, address queries, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on inquiries effectively.

  • Guide clients through the investing, buying, and selling process.

  • Organize and coordinate property showings when required.

  • Input and update customer information in the ERP/CRM system.

• Lead Generation & Market Awareness

  • Nurture leads to convert them into firm deals.

  • Develop networks with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel.

  • Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Negotiation and client-handling expertise

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Organizational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month + incentives
