Job Description

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and engage potential clients for commercial property sales, leasing, or investment opportunities.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and corporate stakeholders.

  • Market Research & Analysis

    • Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, rental values, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.

    • Provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Site Visits & Property Presentations

    • Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.

    • Present commercial spaces effectively, highlighting key features and investment potential.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure

    • Lead negotiations on lease terms, sale agreements, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

    • Coordinate documentation and legal formalities to close deals smoothly.

  • Portfolio Management

    • Maintain updated records of listings, client interactions, and transaction history.

    • Ensure regular follow-ups and client feedback post-transaction.

  • Collaboration & Reporting

    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for seamless service delivery.

    • Prepare weekly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and revenue generation for senior management.

  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure all property transactions comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Manage accurate documentation including agreements, payment terms, and client records.
