Job Overview

Rawat Constructions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling and sales team. The candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in a similar Real Estate Sales/Telecalling Team Leader profile and should be capable of handling the complete sales process, team performance, leads, targets, and client property visits.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Telecallers and Sales Executives.

• Guide telecallers on effective calling, lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.

• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead status.

• Ensure proper distribution and management of leads among the team.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Sales Executives and monitor their performance.

• Motivate and train team members to achieve their sales targets.

• Handle escalated or important client queries professionally.

• Coordinate with clients and the sales team to schedule and ensure property/site visits.

• Track client visits and follow up for bookings and conversions.

• Maintain daily and weekly performance reports of the team.

• Identify gaps in team performance and provide proper guidance and training.

• Take complete responsibility for achieving team sales targets and improving conversion rates.

• Handle the overall coordination between Telecallers, Sales Executives, and Clients.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader role.

• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of lead management, follow-ups, sales conversion, and client handling.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
