We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. You will act as a key point of contact between property buyers and developers/sellers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and provide complete property information
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and developers
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
Assist clients with booking formalities, negotiations, and follow-ups until possession
Maintain CRM database and update leads regularly
Coordinate with marketing and back-office teams for campaigns and lead follow-ups
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persuasive
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and local market trends
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits
