Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, coordinating site visits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner sales, or direct sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
