Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru South. As a Sales Specialist, you will manage client relationships, conduct property tours, and analyze customer needs to recommend tailored property solutions. You will focus on meeting sales targets, maintaining strong customer service standards, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to partake in and leverage Training sessions to improve professional skills
Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in property management tools and CRM software is a plus
Prior real estate industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
