Seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for lead management, client interaction, and closure of sales for the company’s projects. The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen,
excellent communication skills, and prior experience in real estate or construction-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and convert qualified leads into successful sales through consistent
follow-up and client engagement.
● Conduct site visits with potential clients, explain project features, pricing, and
benefits.
● Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and ensure a
seamless customer experience.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to understand incoming leads and campaign
performance.
● Prepare and present sales proposals and payment plans.
● Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain lead status and updates in CRM or sales tracking systems.
● Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate
brand visibility and leads.
● Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, closures, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction sales.
● Proven track record in lead conversion and deal closures.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market trends.
● Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a customer-first approach.
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead management platform.
Mandatory Criteria:
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Kannada.
Should be open to travel to the site at Sakleshpura
