Drive revenue growth by selling RERA-approved industrial plots.
Identify and approach potential clients including manufacturers, logistics companies, warehouses, and MSMEs.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in industrial real estate.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Participate in real estate expos and industrial trade fairs.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
Minimum 5 years of B2B/industrial real estate sales experience.
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, industrial zoning, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
