Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to manage customer visits and sales at our plotting project Palm Lake View located near Hathaikheda Dam, Bhopal.

The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, explaining project details, and converting leads into plot sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend and guide customers visiting the project site

• Explain project details, plot sizes, amenities, and pricing

• Conduct site visits and show available plots

• Follow up with potential buyers

• Coordinate with management for documentation and booking

• Maintain records of customer inquiries

• 10 Acre Premium Residential Project

• Plots from 450 sq.ft to 2000 sq.ft

• 30 & 25 ft wide roads

• 24×7 Water Supply

• Electricity & Street Lights

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi required)

• Basic knowledge of sales or real estate preferred

• Ability to interact confidently with customers

• Freshers with strong communication can also apply

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Attractive commission on plot sales
