As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Oracle Landbase, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing high-value client relationships, and promoting premium real estate projects across Gurgaon and NCR. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals with strong negotiation skills.
Handle inbound and outbound real estate leads provided by the company.
Understand client requirements for residential or commercial properties.
Provide complete project information, pricing, floor plans, and amenities.
Maintain professional communication via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Conduct property presentations and online/offline consultations.
Schedule and manage project site visits with clients.
Follow up with clients aggressively and convert inquiries into bookings.
Negotiate and close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on all active Gurgaon real estate projects (DLF, M3M, Signature, Smartworld, etc.).
Communicate project USPs, inventory availability, pricing trends, and market comparisons.
Coordinate with developers, CRM teams, and internal departments for smooth booking.
Assist clients with documentation, payment plans, and post-sales support.
Maintain daily reports, client records, and sales pipelines.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate is Mandatory
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Presentable personality with client-handling confidence
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
0–5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales (fresher with strong communication skills can apply)
