Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our real estate business. From managing property visits to handling leads and building client relationships, you’ll be at the front line of Mumbai's thriving real estate market.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and attend property site visits with clients

• Handle property listings, client follow-ups, and appointments

• Assist in capturing photos/videos of properties for social media and portals

• Help with documentation, agreement drafting, and legal checks (training will be given)

• Maintain records and provide timely updates to the team

• Support online listings and social media updates

✅ Eligibility & Skills:

• Currently studying (undergraduate/part-time/distance learners preferred)

• Good communication in English & Hindi/Marathi

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram

• Familiarity with Mumbai/Thane geography

• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

• Energetic, punctual, and eager to learn
