Navigator Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can handle both office-based calling and field sales activities. The role includes calling clients from the office, meeting customers on-site, and supporting real estate sales closures.
Make calls to potential and existing clients from the office
Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers over calls
Visit project sites and meet interested customers
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and field visits
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
Support the sales team in closing deals
Maintain daily call records and field visit reports
Assist in on-ground promotions and site activities
0–1 year experience in field sales or real estate sales
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable with office calling as well as field work
Basic knowledge of calling, WhatsApp, and mobile applications
Willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales
Training and sales support
