Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties

• Prepare and present offers and documentation to clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent (preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and listing platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Must have a valid real estate license (if required in your region)
