🎤 Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and engaging Video Host / Presenter to represent our brand on camera. You will create property walkthrough videos, explain real estate concepts, and engage audiences across social media platforms.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

• Host and present property walkthrough videos (apartments, villas, plots, commercial spaces)

• Create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and social media

• Explain project highlights, pricing, and location advantages clearly

• Conduct on-site shoots and interact with clients/builders

• Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas and scripts

• Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence

✅ Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English + Kannada / Hindi preferred)

• Confidence in front of camera with good presentation skills

• Basic understanding of real estate (or willingness to learn)

• Good personality, grooming, and body language

• Ability to travel for property shoots

• Prior experience in hosting, anchoring, or content creation is a plus

• Social media content creation

• Script reading / improvisation

• Basic knowledge of video shoots (not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
