We are looking for a Real Estate Surveyor -Warehouse Surveyor to join our team at Maxaple Realtors LLP. The role requires candidates who are skilled in researching, warehouse/ real estate surveying of available locations, customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing opportunities. Travelling required to multiple locations within India ( travel
Cost will be provided). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and prospects of growth as incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey of available land parcels / warehouses as per client requirements
Build strong customer relationships with landlords
Research of land
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different real estate/ field job techniques is a must. Applicants should also have decent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
