The role involves a combination of field sales and telecalling activities to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calling, references, and field activities.
Promote and sell plots, residential, and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the purchase process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with both field sales and telecalling.
  Should have own vehicle and laptop
