We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales across our premium residential projects in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through online/offline channels, referrals, and property portals.
Engage with walk-in and digital leads, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
Negotiate deals and ensure timely closing of sales with client satisfaction.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, and project teams for smooth customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales in CRM systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
