🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field activity, online platforms, and referrals.

• Understand client requirements and provide property options accordingly.

• Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients.

• Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.

• Negotiate terms and close property transactions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

• Manage post-sales documentation and client coordination.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong local knowledge of Gurugram, especially Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road & SPR.

• Comfortable with field sales and flexible working hours (weekends/holidays as required).

• Ability to use CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.

• Must have own conveyance (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler).
