We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to drive property sales and manage a growing team of sales professionals. This hybrid role combines high-level sales responsibilities with team leadership and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead conversion, negotiations, documentation, and closing.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, provide regular performance feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Design and implement effective sales strategies and incentive programs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
4–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong network in the local real estate market.
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or luxury property segments.
