Job Location
- Mambakkam & Thaiyur, Chennai
Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)
- Petrol Allowance Available
- Per Registration Incentive Available
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customer appointments fixed by the Telecalling team.
- Meet clients at the project site and explain the property's features, amenities, pricing, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Convert enquiries into registrations/bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain customer records and update daily visit reports.
Eligibility
- Marketing experience in Real Estate or a similar field is mandatory.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Must be willing to travel to customer meetings and project sites.
