JOB DESCRIPTION:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities — from lead generation in the field to deal closure — while maintaining strong relationships with brokers, clients, and channel partners. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate new business leads
Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and channel partners proactively
Build and manage a structured client database with follow-up schedules and interaction logs
Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers at project locations
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Established network of brokers and channel partners in the local market
Strong verbal and written communication in the local language
Ability to manage and analyse broker and client
Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
Should have a Bike and a valid driving license.
