Estate Team Member (ETM) – Indus Towers

CTC: 3.70 LPA

Brief Job Description:

Estate Team Member (ETM) is responsible for managing telecom tower site-related activities and coordinating with landlords for smooth site operations. The role includes land acquisition support, rent negotiation, agreement renewal, document collection, and resolving landlord-related issues for telecom tower installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and coordinate land for telecom tower installation.

Discuss with landlords for agreement renewal and rent negotiation.

Resolve rental and settlement-related issues within timeline.

Conduct daily site visits and update records in i-Map.

Collect ownership and legal documents from landlords.

Handle ownership transfer/death case documentation and signatures.

Coordinate with landlords for upgrade work and lock site issues.

Resolve disputes related to rent, diesel demand, and site access.

Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Field work and site visit management

Basic documentation and coordination knowledge

Ability to handle landlord queries professionally
