We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and cold calling.

• Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers.

• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and client preferences.

• Schedule and conduct property viewings and follow-ups with clients.

• Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding property investment decisions.

• Maintain a strong client relationship and offer post-sale support.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to sales.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and developments.
