📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Are you passionate about Real Estate Sales and Channel Partner Management? We're looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through Channel Partners, Brokers, and Direct Clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.

- Source qualified leads and convert them into site visits.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closures.

- Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.

- Stay updated on the Western Mumbai real estate market.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sourcing

✅ Experience in the Western Mumbai market (Borivali to Andheri & beyond)

✅ Own two-wheeler is mandatory

✅ Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

✅ Immediate joiners preferred
