We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities, working on provided leads, and converting prospects into successful property bookings.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Do calling on company-provided leads
Generate additional leads through references and networking
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and conduct property site visits
Follow up regularly with clients via call, WhatsApp, and meetings
Negotiate and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper client database and updates
✅ Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic experience in sales or real estate preferred (freshers can apply)
Confident, positive, and target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with calling and client follow-ups
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
